Meeting Summary

February 17, 2007

The meeting started at 10:10 by George.

The business meeting was brief in order to give our guest speaker more time.

The Aero-Electric Seminar is a go for March 24 – 25.  As of 2/16, 18 participants are registered.  George read the list of registered participants.

George reminded the group that the 2007 dues of $75 are now due. 

George reviewed the meal sign-up sheet as follows:

The Treasurer’s report was read and approved.

New Business:

Tim Woolard and Tom Saccio flew the first group of Wright Flight graduates.  There were four graduates.  The event was held at Washington Airport and was covered by local TV and the Washington newspaper.

Laura Lee is working on a member list to be distributed to everyone.  This will be a list of paid members and will provide contact information for each member. 

George welcomed our guest speaker, Mr. Warren Parrish who gave an excellent program about his experiences during WWII.  Thanks to Berry St. John for his excellent introduction and for providing our Chapter with such a distinguished guest as Mr. Parrish.
